Samara Gallatin Samara Gallatin, MHRM - President/CEO

Samara Gallatin, MHRM is the President/CEO and Employment Services Manager for A Personnel Connection. A Personnel Connection is a full service staffing agency located at 1735 State Street in Harrisburg.  Samara opened the agency in January of 2005.  She was born and raised in Harrisburg, PA. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management with St. Francis University. She has experience and education in recruitment and the human resources technique. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the American Staffing Association.

Vickie Fleming Vickie Fleming, MHS - Employment Services Coordinator

Vickie Fleming is the Employment Services Coordinator for A Personnel Connection.  Vickie became a native to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1972. She was born in Bronx, New York and lived her youthful years in France and Belgium where she became fluent in French.  Vickie attended Millersville University in 1975 and received her Master’s of Human Services Degree from Lincoln University in 2002. She is also a Certified Paralegal.  Vickie has worked in the Human Services Field for the last 15 years and her experience in the Workforce Development field begun while employed in various Human Service agencies. She has been employed with the Program for Female Offenders, Inc, The Urban League of Lancaster County and South Central Employment Corporation.  Prior to working with the adult population she was also employed by Alternative Rehabilitation Communities, Inc.  and Cornell-Abraxas in different venues to work with youth offenders.
